Rich aromas of dark Bing cherries, intertwined with warm brown spices, earthy sage, and a subtle hint of toasted oak.

Vibrant red fruit flavors, complemented by nuanced brown spices and supported by rich, smooth tannin that lend a velvety texture and elegant finish.

Smoked salmon or rack of lamb, with a side of roasted vegetables or a creamy brie cheese.
