Le Vigne Winery Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Notes

Opening with crisp honeysuckle notes leading to pomellow citrus and melon. The viscous mouthfeel showcases honeydew and white peach, finishing with a grapefruit note.

Winemaker's Production

Notes We wanted to retain the grape’s fruitiness so we fermented it at low temperatures, which maximizes its fruit potential. Our Domenico Estate Vineyard has ideal conditions for producing an expressive and balanced Sauvignon Blanc.
